privacy policy

Important to you.

We understand that privacy is important to you, and are committed to complying with the National Privacy Principles (NPPs), which are contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act). From 21 December 2001, the NPPs have governed how organisations in the private sector handle ‘personal information’ (which is basically information or an opinion which can identify you).

terms of use

We recognise the primary purposes for which information is used:

· to provide clients with goods and services;
· to provide clients with marketing and information materials (unless clients choose not to receive them);
· to facilitate internal business operations; and
· to manage and improve client relationships.
We treat client personal information as strictly private and confidential through advanced data security models that restrict information to only those who need it. Information access can be controlled in a way that it will not be disclosed without a clients consent or in the case that:
· it is required in the course of providing goods and services;
· it is for one or more of the primary purposes stated above;
· it is required to enable the firm to outsource some of its functions or to engage third party contractors on a strict confidential basis;
· it is for external administrative purposes on a confidential basis or the firm is required to do so by law.
